  • All that certain 5.225 acres of land being that same 5.2242 acre tract described as Woodland Park Plaza, Phase II, in a deed from Turner Development Corporation to John A. Ballis, Trustee recorded under File No. J257541, Harris County Real Property Records, out of the Fort Smith Survey, A-1307, Harris County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: (All bearings based on the record bearing of S 89 58’ 24” W along the south line of village West, Section 2, according to the plat thereof recorded under volume 250, Page 1, Harris County Map Records.)

    Beginning at an “x” set in concrete marking the southwest corner of the herein described tract at  the southwest corner of the J.0425 acre tract described as Woodland Park Plaza, Phase I, in the deed from Turner Development Corporation to The Prudential Insurance Company recorded under File No. H792542, Harris County Real Property Records, in the north right-of-way line of Westheimer Road (120’ R.O.W.), from which an “x” in concrete found marking the intersection of the extended north-right-of-way of said Westheimer Road with the extended east right-of-way line of Woodland Park Drive (80’ R.O.W.)  bears S 89 56’ 54” W - 272.56’

    Thence N 00 01’ 03” W - 486.20’ along said east line of the 3.0425 acre tract to a 3/” iron rod found marking the northwest corner of the herein described tract in the south line of aforesaid village West, Section 2.

    Thence N 89 58’ 24”  along said south line at 38.13’ passing a 1” pinched top pipe found marking the northeast corner of the 3.462 acre tract described in the deed recorded under File Nos. F313203 and H141341, Harris County Real Property Records, and continuing along said south line for total distance of 468.51’ to a 1” iron pipe found marking the northeast corner of the herein described tract.

    Thence S 00 03’ 30” W - 486.12’ along the west line of the 6.8973 acre tract described in the deed from Robert H. Thurmond III, Trustee to The First National Bank in Dallas recorded under File No. G811570, Harris County Real Property Records, to an '“x” set in concrete marking the southeast corner of the herein described tract in the aforesaid north right-of-way line of Westheimer Road.

    Thence S 89 57’ 50” W along said north right-of-way line at 430.56’ passing the southeast corner of the aforesaid 3.462 acre tract and continuing along said north right-of-way line for a total distance oof 467.86’ to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract and continuing 5.225 acres (227,611 square feet) of land.
